The building is very very good and the rooms are spotless with bath rather than a shower, a double bed, for example. The breakfast is marvellous and scrambled eggs, pancakes and bacon are great! The staff is attentive and knowledgeable, as well as owner.

Had a really enjoyable stay, the hotel is stylish and special.
I had reasonably priced room with a bath. Its location was peaceful, very close to Lymington as well as the New Forest.

The rooms we booked were newly decorated and had a pleasant view, garden, and a king-size bed. the breakfast included pancakes, scrambled eggs, and bacon for everyone. - the accommodation is set in a central location, next to all the surrounding New Forest villages and sites, as well as the restaurant and bar.
